SHOULD CHAIRMAN/CEO TIMOTHY PLEY AND THE CITY OF PORT ALBERNI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

Should Timothy Pley and the City of Port Alberni be held accountable for Port Alberni’s epidemic of staphylococcal infection. During the spring of 2018 along with Port Alberni’s City council, Denis Suave and Port Alberni Fire Fighter’s Department, Chairman/CEO Timothy Pley evicted Port Alberni’s impoverished people, shut down the illegal rooming houses in which they used to dwell, and thus, created mass homelessness in Port Alberni. Being subjected to the despair of living feral on the streets of Port Alberni, and being denied access to the city’s parks and the bathrooms in the city’s parks, FREE shower stalls and FREE laundry facilities, Port Alberni’s feral people have been compelled to exist in extremely unsanitary conditions. Although Port Alberni’s Shelter Society operates on taxpayers money, Port Alberni Shelter is systematically racist and oppressive towards impoverished homeless people who are desperately in need of a safe place to stay and to procure proper personal hygiene. Due to Port Alberni’s hardened classism, Port Alberni’s feral people stick together, and especially on cold nights, they huddle together to keep from freezing to death. All of the above listed conditions and situations contribute to the massive epidemic of staphylococcal infection among Port Alberni’s impoverished homeless people. Although the undue and deliberate oppression of Port Alberni’s feral people creates a significant number good-paying service jobs in the destructive sector, the sacrifices of oppressing feral people to the extent that Port Alberni’s feral people are sacrificed and oppressed is unconscionable and shameful. As a result of being so severely oppressed by Timothy Pley and Port Alberni City Council, over the past three years a great number of Port Alberni’s feral people used fentanyl overdose death to relieve themselves from the wickedness and oppression that Timothy Pley and Port Alberni’s current City Council have been subjecting them to. Living feral with a terrible case of staph infection is ceaseless misery. Will Timothy Pley and the City of Port Alberni generously compensate their vulnerable victims or will Timothy Pley and the City of Port Alberni compel Port Alberni’s feral people who the culprits caused to be infected with staphylococcal to request fair compensation in a class action lawsuit before the Supreme Court of British Columbia?
