SIP PROGRAM IS SYSTEMIC JAIL TORTURE


Former BC Premier John Horgan significantly expanded Administrative Segregation, changed its title to SIP and call it a program. Jail inmates have families too. Will David Eby & Mike Farnworth please act in good faith, end their Nazi style torture in BC Corrections Branch & quickly settle the class action lawsuit.
