Fifty years ago who could have predicted that depriving destitute impoverished people of permanent housing could be a dominant Canadian job creation scam. Although Canadian taxpayers are burdened with the cost of maintaining mass homelessness, the benefactors are middle class people. Eliminating mass homelessness would be beneficial to the destitute impoverished people who are homeless, while at the same time bring joy to the hearts and money to the bankbooks of caring compassionate people who cause the elimination of mass homelessness.
