ARE YOU CARING AND COMPASSIONATE?

Commecing in the spring of 2018 at the City of Port Alberni, the City's President and CEO Timothy Pley created mass homeless as an economic industry to replase the dwindling forestry mills. Although in Port Alberni, mass homeless has created a new service industry that has significantly increased Federal Government and Provincial Government spending in Port Alberni, it is cruel, oppressive and torturous to the people who CEO Pley has made feral. The jentle man in this video that I am sharing from "Reintegration Communitues for Fearl People" shows a tiny snipet of the big picture; the suffering that CEO Pley is inflicting on Port Alberni's impoverished feral people.
