Feral People are humans who are denied housing and--in most cases--housing in reintegration communities.
What creates Feral People?
Feral People are created by Police Worshipping Cult.
Why are Feral People created?
In societies that have economies that are dominated by services rather than manufacturing, Police Worshiping Cult create Feral People by manufacturing mass homelessness.
Mass homelessness keeps Feral People in extremely vulnerable situations, which make Feral People easy pickings for police mass kidnapping that the law enforcement service sector, the criminal justice service sector, the health service sector, the fire fighters service sector, the ambulance service sector, the homeless shelter service sector, the addictions service sector, the recovery houses service sector, and all the other service sectors that exploit Feral People to create service jobs that replaced manufacturing jobs.
Will societies eliminate their needs for Feral People?
Only after societies eliminate their dependence on service jobs.
