PRISONERS TORTURED, PAY UP THE COMPENSATION.

Since 2015 the Honourable Justice Perell ordered the Government of Canada to pay damages of $20 million to the victims of mental torture in Administrative Segregation by Correctional Service Canada. Commencing on September 7, 2021 each victim should receive their share of the cash compensation, why are the victims not getting their money?
