TIME TO ABOLISH ICBC

Currently the serious indictable crimes that the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia is committing are directly affecting more British Columbians that Covid-19 does. Why is John Horgan allowing ICBC to extort and defraud British Columbians? Time to abolish ICBC.
