There is no need to change any law to prohibit the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia from ripping Canadians. ICBC has no mandate, no authority & no jurisdiction to rip off Canadians. No legal Statue, Act or Regulation authorizes ICBC to act as vigilante court or tribunal.
