 In 1967 Alberta created its Heritage Fund. Currently Alberta Heritage Fund balance is $17 billion. 1990 Norway created its Heritage Fund. Currently Norway Heritage Fund balance is $1 trillion. Allow rich people to pay their fair share of taxes.
