PRC IS INVITING YOU TO MOVE FROM ONTARIO TO BRITISH COLUMBIA

WHAT IS PRC

PRC is an organization of destitute impoverished homeless people who chose to provide their own FREE permanent housing. In order to provide FREE permanent housing, PRC creates a business model that mirrors a typical that owns a family business.

A typical family owned business earns the money on which the family relies to pay its bills.

Similarly, PRC owns micro industries or small businesses that earn the money to pay the bills for all of the housing units that PRC shall provides.

MAKE THE MOVE

Reasons to move from Ontario to Port Alberni, British Columbia are as follows:

  1. Lots of good jobs that pay well and provide reasonable benefits.

  2. Residential real estate has good value.

  3. Low rate of violent crimes.

  4. Clean quiet community.

  5. Good medical health services.

  6. Employers avoid hiring local people.

POLITICS:

HOMELESSNESS FIRST WAVE

  1. In early 2018 the City of Port Alberni created mass homelessness by evicting the tenants, shut down illegal rooming houses and established Citizens Patrol to monitor Port Alberni’s population of homeless people.

  2. BC NDP budgeted $6.6 billion for low income housing, and has been squandering it to maintain homelessness by disbursing the money to so-called charity organizations that feed homeless people at roadsides like wild animals.

  3. Also, BC NDP has been disbursing $9,000 every three months for each bed in British Columbia’s homeless shelters.

  4. Although British Columbia has BC Housing, which is a Crown Corporation that build and manages housing.

  5. In order to do its part in maintaining mass homelessness in British Columbia, BC Housing deliberately maintains a number of vacant housing units for prolonged period of time.

  6. Also, in spite of Port Alberni’s mass homelessness crisis, BC housing refused to build any new housing unites in Port Alberni.

  7. Further, In order to justify maintaining a significant number of vacant houses, in Port Alberni, British Columbia, in the Roger Street and 8 Avenue area, BC housing shut down a complete low income housing complex for renovations. The renovation is expected to last for a long time.

  8. Please note that rather than shutting the entire housing complex, BC Housing could have had the housing units renovated in phases, a few of them at a time.

HOMELESSNESS SECOND WAVE

  1. In Port Alberni a significant numbered of people who reside in houses are tenants who chose to rent houses rather than purchase houses.

  2. By renting houses they demonstrate their lack on confidence in the community’s ability to survive, and their readiness to migrate away from Port Alberni on short notice.

  3. Now that the whole Globe knows that Port Alberni is Canada’s little heaven, smart people are migrating to Port Alberni and buying up the residential real estate.

  4. Upon selling their rented houses the landlords/seller evict the tenants before they transfer their houses to the purchaser.

  5. With few new houses being built in Port Alberni, and with lots of new residents purchasing tenements, taking them over and residing in them, ordinary residents are the second wave of Port Alberni’s feral people.

MAKE THE MOVE ANYWAY

  1. In spite of Port Alberni’s chronic housing shortage, the multitude of good opportunities for a newcomer to prosper in Port Alberni is highly recommended.

  2. At first you may exhibit you support for PRC by residing in our tent village.

  3. Residing in a so-called tent city may sound more challenging than it will be in our case.

  4. In a community that suffering from chronic shortage of housing, tent cities provide semi-housing solution.

  5. Although not common, tent cities are recommended as temporary residence for working class people, including residential construction workers.

  6. It is of importance to note that in British Columbia tent city is a legitimate temporary dwelling.

  7. Also, please note that PRC’s tent village is comprised of holiday trailers, not tents.

  8. Residing in a holiday trailer is far more acceptable than residing in a tent.

  9. PRC’S Tent Village at Port Alberni’s Historic Train Station consist of holiday trailers that are parked on the paved lot of the train station.

  10. There’s access to running water.

  11. There is a portable toilet.
