TIME TO STOP DAVID WONG AND ICBC FROM SABOTAGING BC'S ECONOMY AND BC AUTO DEALERS

 Will BC auto dealers please pressure the Government of British Columbia to reign in the rogue CEO, David Wong and ICBC's rouge agents who are extorting the people of British Columbia with unconstitutional cash penalties, especially the people who've never passed a drivers' road test, but assigned a BC Drivers' License number with extortive cash penalties that they will never be able to afford to pay.

Such cash penalties constitute PERMANENT PROHIBITION OF THEIR DRIVING PRIVILEGES

In my case, ICBC has been extorting cash penalties that render me unemployable. 

In 2022 took the matter before the Supreme Court of British. On September 13, 2023 the matter was resolved.

However, ICBC and Kaitlyn Chewka continue to act in badfaith by refusing to honour the Court decision, and to continue extort me so that I remain unemployable and unable to register and insure a motor vehicle.

In British Columbia, there are too many would-be motorists who are permanently prohibited from driving a motor vehicle, registering a motor vehicle, insuring a motor vehicle, and purchasing a motor vehicle.

The totality of these malicious actions by ICBC and its lawyers constitute undue undermining of BC auto dealerships, and sabotaging of British Columbia's economy.
